For orienteering in Suffolk, the Forestry Commission offers courses at High Lodge Forest Centre, at Thetford Forest, near Brandon.
Go Ape!
Also at High Lodge, Thetford Forest, is Go Ape! an award-winning high wire forest adventure course. Experiences last up to 3 hours and consist of rope bridges, tarzan swings and zip slides, all set high up in the trees.

If golfing is your thing then Suffolk has championship and links courses to match all abilities. With its tranquil and picturesque countryside and marvellous landmarks, it is the ideal county for golf fanatics to explore some wonderful English countryside and, more importantly, some quite superb golf courses.
