Eye Circular Walks – The Orchard Walk

A 7 mile circular walk starting from the Pennings Nature Reserve.  The leaflet features 3 walks of varying distances that can easily be combined to create longer walking routes.

Situated near Suffolk’s northern boarder, Eye, once the smallest borough in the country, is full of history.  Its name means ‘island’ and it is thought the settlement was once surrounded by rivers and marshes.  Don’t miss Eye Castle which dates back to the Norman Conquest in 1066.  Today Eye is a vibrant and charming market town.
